If the item was not available in the Shopping Cart or has been sold please contact me directly at [email protected] to see what options might be available. I do sell from other locations and since most of the items are one of a kind they might not still be available when you purchase them. If that is the case I will promptly issue a full refund and contact you regarding other options, such as commissioning a similar piece just for you.
For Jewelry Purchases
The shipping and handling rate within the United States is $7.50. Sales tax will be added for purchases in the state of Arizona. Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, typically within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your payment. If your order should arrive in less than perfect condition contact the shipper and me, and remember to keep all of the packing materials for insurance purposes.
Hopefully you will be very happy with your purchase, but if not you can return it within 7 days of receipt. You must return the item in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice. You should also purchase insurance in case the item is lost or damaged during the return trip, otherwise you will not be reimbursed for the loss. Once the item has been returned, undamaged and unworn, I will promptly authorize the refund, less the original shipping, handling, and insurance charges, in the same form as the original payment.
